Bakeit.app allows to create unassisted the necessary roles and change access rights and staff capabilities based on your needs.
There are three default roles in the system:

Baker | Production staff member | Only on a tablet |
The Roles already have basic settings and only need customization according to your standards. The system allows creating unlimited number of roles which enables the owner to make fine adjustment of rights and personnel segmentation.
How to create a new role
1. In the menu Users in the tab Roles press the button Create new
2. Enter the name and press Save
3. The next step is to setup rights and access for the given role.
After saving additional tabs will appear. We need Access control. The first block is configuring access rights for working on a tablet for operating personnel.
Second block – setting up access rights for a Personal account (for supervising personnel, accountants etc.)
How to set up rights and capabilities of a role
Let us check the largest block Mobile app. In this block rights and accesses for using the tablet are included.
To enable your cashiers, bakers, kitchen workers and other operating personnel enter the shift on the device, PIN authorization should be activated.
After the activation the list of possible rights will appear.

After setting the rights activate the necessary functions and press Save.
